Supervisors, UAE - Walk in Interview

Job Title: Supervisors - 10 Nos
Job Location: Dubai

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of experience in supervisory role in Facilities Management/Fleet Management/Operations/Aviation Industry. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment is a pre-requisite. 
• Valid UAE driving license & computer skills is a must for the position. 
• Salary: Upto AED 3500/- (All inclusive) per month plus Company provided shared accommodation.

Job Role 

• Understand expectations of the client before the deployment, conduct pre-deployment site inspections, and submit necessary reports 
• Identify safety and health risks at the site and address concern areas, if any 
• Manage deployment at client site as per customer expectations 
• Meet clients, discuss about progress of work and generate reports on the same 
• Liaise with time-keepers & transportation department on daily basis for smooth operations at site 
• Take corrective and preventive actions for complaints at site and escalate to superior, if intervention is required.
